These terms govern access to and use of this website, which provides information about the real-estate brokerage services of Jaen Inmobiliaria and the properties it markets. By using the site you accept these terms.

3. Property information

Property listings are for information purposes only and are not contractual. Prices, areas, features, floor plans, images and availability are indicative, may contain errors and may change without notice; they do not constitute a binding offer. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes (transfer tax or VAT and stamp duty), notary, land registry or agency fees. Information required by consumer and housing regulations (including the energy performance certificate) is available at our office. Mortgage calculators are indicative simulations and do not constitute a financing offer.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts competent under the law; where the user is a consumer, those of the user's domicile. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution systems. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
